Izakaya in Akasaka

In Tokyo, there are a tens of thousands of bar, pub and restaurants. Even so, it is very difficult to make a reservation at the end of the year. People go to year-end drinking party and most of them are occupied. I also made many telephone calls to izakayas. Finally, I could get a reservation of an izakaya in Akasaka(赤坂) named "Akasaka Kakoi(赤坂 かこい)."
Semi-private room for 15 people
Beer with cheese and cracker
Assorted sashimi
Boiled vegetables and rolled egg
Chicken hot pot
The interior was chic and BGM was jazz. Dishes are...just as usual. Not bad as average izakaya. Chicken hot pot was more tasty than expectation. Alcohol including all-you-can-drink was diverse. Each person's fee was JPY6,000 for two hours including dishes(we had more dishes other than the above.) and drinks. My rating was 2 out of 5. Anyway, it was good to find an izakaya to gather people. Gochiso-samadeshita!
